Unleashed Live Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Unleashed Live dog training program. By enrolling in our program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any services offered by Unleashed Live, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use our services.

2. Program Description

Unleashed Live provides live, virtual, one-on-one dog training sessions via Zoom. The program is designed to help dog owners effectively train their dogs at home.

3. Services Provided

Our services include, but are not limited to, personalized training sessions tailored to your dog’s needs and your schedule. We do not provide in-person training.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for the program is due upon enrollment. Details regarding payment options and schedules are outlined in the enrollment agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@unleashedlive.com. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 7 days of enrollment. No refunds will be issued after 7 days.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Unleashed Live is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our services. We provide training guidance, but the responsibility for the dog’s behavior ultimately rests with the owner.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State].
